At Prosperity Unlimited, Inc., we believe in every person’s innate ability to learn, grow and transform their lives into vibrant expressions of meaning, purpose and prosperity. Prosperity, Inc.’s aim is to inspire and assist individuals to change their lives and realize their dreams, through faith, hard work, and the benefit of proper knowledge, guidance and encouragement.
 

Overview of Programs

Prosperity, Inc. conducts a continuum of programs and services to further its mission. Our Financial Literacy and Housing Institute provides Homebuyer Education Workshops, Down Payment Assistance for first-time homebuyers, and financial literacy training for the purpose of teaching individuals how to develop the capacity for homeownership and wealth stewardship. In addition, Prosperity, Inc. offers Delinquency and Foreclosure Intervention services for individuals facing the threat of foreclosure. Other programs include: Financial Literacy Course, Credit Awareness, Rental Housing Intervention Program, Predatory Lending Education and the Refinancing Program.

Another aspect of our mission is to construct and sell affordable housing to first-time and additional homebuyers, revitalize neighborhoods and provide additional financial services to increase low and moderate income citizens’ access to affordable housing.
